Singapore, Singapore; 5 October 2023

We are happy to announce the launch of the world’s first global database of carriers by our data and research arm, Parcel Monitor. This first-of-its-kind database is designed to provide visibility into the delivery performance of logistics players in the market, empowering businesses with the insights to enhance operational efficiency and optimize their supply chain.

The release of the global carrier database marks the latest milestone in Parcel Monitor’s journey after its strategic rebranding in 2022. It is a vital foundation for developing more robust data capabilities to enhance transparency and foster collaboration within the e-commerce industry.

Parcel Monitor’s comprehensive carrier database consists of two main components, namely the Carriers Directory and the Carrier Profile Pages. The Carriers Directory offers a comprehensive overview of logistics players worldwide, whereas the Carrier Profile Pages delve into the specifics of each carrier’s delivery performance.

Retail, e-commerce, and logistics professionals can look forward to the following product capabilities:

  • Carrier Discovery: The Carriers Directory provides a comprehensive database of logistics companies worldwide. It allows merchants to search for and connect with suitable partners based on their delivery needs.

  • In-Depth Market Analysis: Carriers can enhance their understanding of the broader industry landscape by assessing the performance data of leading logistics players and also request customized reports for a more comprehensive analysis of the market.

  • Brand Visibility: Carrier Profile Pages are a powerful tool for carriers to showcase their brand to an international audience, which includes 1.5M monthly active users from the e-commerce industry.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystem players, including retailers, can identify and forge strategic collaborations with logistics companies to achieve operational efficiency, cost savings, and, ultimately, better delivery experiences for end-consumers.

“Our global carrier database is designed to empower merchants and carriers with valuable insights to make informed decisions about their logistics partners,” Dr. Arne Jeroschewski, Founder and CEO of Perform.AI, said. "Parcel Monitor is committed to driving transparency in e-commerce, and we see Parcel Monitor’s global carrier database as a significant stride in that direction.”
