Setup time depends on the module you start with. The Perform.AI home page says a tracking page can be live in less than 2 weeks and a Checkout delivery-date widget in under 1 week, while AI Commerce Visibility is set up in one step from your website URL.

How long does a tracking page take?

The Perform.AI home page says a tracking page can be live in less than 2 weeks. That time is for the tracking page itself. It is not a go-live date for every module a business might add later.

Shipment updates on the page come from Perform.AI's carrier connections. The carriers page lists 1,100+ carriers and describes "one cohesive global data standard, comprising 155+ event types". The Post-Purchase Experience page puts the result plainly: an update such as "delivered to your neighbour" reads the same whichever carrier sent it.

How long does a checkout delivery-date widget take?

The home page says a Checkout EDD widget can be live in under 1 week. EDD stands for estimated delivery date: the date a shopper sees before they pay.

For Shopify stores, the Checkout Experience page says you can "Easily embed your EDD widget into your Shopify checkout, thank you, and order status pages." The same page describes the date behind the widget as a predictive model "trained on how your warehouses, carriers, and trade lanes really perform".

A week is the time to put the widget live. How closely its dates match real deliveries is a separate question, and a fair one to ask before you go live: which of your own warehouses, carriers and lanes will the model learn from first?

How do you set up AI Commerce Visibility?

AI Commerce Visibility shows how a brand appears in AI assistants' answers. Its product page says it is "Set up in one step, from your website URL".

The page describes that step: "Give us your website URL and we'll generate what you need for AI visibility tracking – product categories, markets, competitors and attributes." It also offers a trial: "Start a free trial and let us handle the setup."

What does connecting a Shopify store involve?

Connecting a store has real steps on your side. The Perform.AI developer guide for Shopify says: "Setup has three steps: create the integration in Perform.AI, create a Shopify app to obtain credentials, then save and activate."

  • Create the integration in Perform.AI.

  • Create a Shopify app to obtain credentials.

  • Save and activate.

The same guide says the integration "imports orders and shipments from your Shopify store into Perform.AI automatically — no API coding required."

What can go live the same day?

Two changes are described as same-day, and each has a narrow scope:

Both are changes made inside a module. Neither is a first launch.

Does adding a new carrier change the timeline?

A carrier that is not yet covered is handled on its own. The carriers page says: "Don't see your carrier? Contact us to onboard." With 1,100+ carriers already listed, the first step is to check your carriers against that list.

For any carrier that is not on it, ask for a time when you share your carrier list, and plan that carrier separately from the module launch.
